DiaSys Corporation Announces $1.01 Million Order in Chile
WATERBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 28, 2006--
DiaSys Corporation (OTCBB: DYXC) a global healthcare products company, announced today that it has signed a new
three-year distribution agreement with Galenica S.A., in Chile. The
agreement guarantees minimum purchase orders of $1.01 million for the
Company’s parasitology and urine sediment workstations and consumable
products over the three-year period. Galenica S.A., which was founded in
1985, also represents Beckman Coulter and IRIS International.

achievement in Latin America for DiaSys Corporation. We received a major
commitment from the largest medical distributor of diagnostic products in
